We have stayed at Broadacres many times over the past 4 years and wouldn’t want to stay anywhere else while visiting the area. The setting is lovely and the accommodation is delightful and of an extremely high standard. Jo is a fantastic hostess and her team are friendly and efficient. Nothing is too much trouble. Breakfasts are delicious. We’re looking forward to our visits again this summer and know we can expect excellent hospitality.

Jo and her team are absolutely excellent nothing is too much trouble. Accommodation perfect and breakfast gorgeous. She has thought of everything e.g. plugs by mirrors for hairdressing and her quirky style is breathtaking. Broadacres is in a most idyllic setting so would highly recommend it as a place to stay especially being near to Glyndebourne

Lovely spacious property in extensive grounds, close to Glyndebourne. Excellent breakfasts and an evening meal is possible by arrangement. Jo, the host, is friendly, humourous and runs everything with great panache. The combination of a beautiful property with genuine warm personal service is just brilliant.

I spent the weekend at Broadacres a couple of weeks ago and can not recommend it more. The accommodation was perfect and the breakfast incredible. Jo is the perfect host and made our weekend even more enjoyable. Even in these times Jo made sure everything was safe and in line with guidance without it ruining the weekend in any way. I have just spent the weekend at Broadacres, celebrating my daughter's wedding. Jo is the most amazing host, her house is beautiful. the surrounding are amazing and we had the wedding of the century! Thank you Jo, you made everything run smoothly. Nothing was a problem and my room was delightful and our breakfast delicious, especially her home made granola! She looked after baby Arthur, my grandson while his parents ate their dinner which was so kind. Jo thought of everything we needed before we knew we needed it. I would highly recommend Brosdacres.

Stayed this weekend with my mum and we both had a wonderful stay. Jo is so lovely and very attentive. We couldn’t have asked for a better host. We felt like we’d been friends for ages. The suite itself was perfect, cosy and relaxing and beautifully decorated. We had dinner on our first night which was delicious. Everything homemade (with love). Extras little treats on arrival - warm mince pies and festive rocky road. Even extra treats the next day after shopping in Brighton all day. Absolutely wonderful. We both said probably the best weekend away place we’d ever stayed in. Thank you Jo for making our weekend stay wonderful. Xx

It is a few months since we stayed here for the second year, and judging by all the other - completely deserved! - comments, we may be lucky to get a toe in the door next year!
But we will be trying for sure, as this has now become as much a pleasure as the visit to Glyndebourne is itself!
So Jo, Allan is taking the role of Jonathan in Saul next year, and just as soon as we can get tickets we will be in touch.

This is the best place I have stayed for years. It's located in a seclude location. It has the benefits of a +5 star hotel with the feeling that you are living in your own house. It's amazing. When I booked the room I didn't know that I was getting a beautiful apartment. I had my own dinning room, living room, bedroom and a bathroom. It was spotless, inspiring and decorated with so much taste that you wish to stay there forever. Jo's kindness is amazing. Her cooking is superb. I have her award winning fish cake, a lobster soup and a beautiful cake that I will not forget. It's like eating in the best restaurants in London. She is fun and her family wonderful. I'm looking forward to have another relaxing weekend and spend some time in this magical place. Thanks Jo, you really made it for me:)
